Τα διαμερίσματα Ballas άνοιξαν το 1981 και από τότε προσφέρουμε όσο μπορούμε τις καλύτερες διακοπές στους επισκέπτες και φίλους μας. Τα στούντιο και τα διαμερίσματα μας βρίσκονται στην παραλία της Αγίας Ευφημίας, μόλις 40 μέτρα από την όμορφη αμμουδιά της και προσφέρουν εκπληκτική θέα στον γραφικό κόλπο της Αγίας Ευφημίας και το νησί της Ιθάκης. Σε ένα ήσυχο σημείο, στην πιο ήσυχη πλευρά του χωριού, το Ballas Apartments είναι ταυτόχρονα κοντά στις ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, τοπικά καταστήματα και σούπερ μάρκετ που έχει η τοποθεσία να προσφέρει. Πολλές όμορφες παραλίες και σημαντικά αξιοθέατα βρίσκονται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση. Η διάσημη παραλία Μύρτος απέχει 9χλμ., ενώ το σπήλαιο της Μελισσάνης απέχει 7χλμ. Πολύ κοντά επίσης θα βρείτε τις διάσημες παραλίες Αντισάμου και Αγίας Παρασκευής, αλλά και πολλές γοητευτικές μικρές παραλίες με μικρά βότσαλα στη διαδρομή προς Σάμη, που πολλοί θεωρούν ότι είναι και οι πιο όμορφοι μικροί κολπίσκοι του νησιού, με εκπληκτικά νερά και τυρκουάζ χρώματα. Στόχος μας είναι να σας προσφέρουμε άνετα, καθαρά, πλήρως εξοπλισμένα καταλύματα και να κάνουμε τις διακοπές σας καλύτερες, πιο ήσυχες και πιο απολαυστικές. Υπάρχει μια μεγάλη επιλογή από οικονομικά διαμερίσματα και διαμερίσματα για 2 ή 3 άτομα. Όλα τα διαμερίσματα έχουν μπαλκόνια με θέα στο Ιόνιο πέλαγος ή σε μακρινά βουνά. Η ζεστή Κεφαλληνιακή φιλοξενία και καλή εξυπηρέτηση είναι πολύ σημαντική για εμάς. “The hidden gem of Agia Efimia, absolute oasis!"
We stayed in one of the sea view studios with absolute breath taking views from our balcony. Sleeping with the double balcony doors open over night and waking up to a stunning sun rise every morning - what more can you want? The property is in superb conditions with a lovely garden accessible to all guests with sun beds, little seating corners with comfy cushions and tables for an evening aperitif. Stavros is a great host, welcoming us to our room with some local wine and baklava from the village bakery. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the small kitchen unit was very well equipped for our daily lunches to make some authentic Greek recipes. I'd be back in a flash, thanks for an amazing stay!
Stayed July 24-Aug 7... Having stayed here a few years ago we knew what to expect regarding the sea view, but wow it still takes your breath away!! View is just amazing, watching the sunrise and sunset every day on the balcony is just heaven.
The room has everything you need and cleaned every day by a lovely young girl who was always smiling.Stavros was very friendly and welcoming, and always about every day to help if needed. The gardens were lovely, where you could sunbathe, take your breakfast down and sit at the table, or coffee and drinks and just relax. Such a beautiful place to stay and nothing is too much trouble, our only issue is that we could'nt stay!!
Agia efimia is such a lovely place to relax and live the wonderful Greek way of life. Thank you Stavros.
Ballas Apartments is, without question, the best place to stay in Agia Efimia. My husband & I stayed here at the beginning of June & spent a wonderful week in a top floor studio offering beautiful views of the sea & the lovely harbour of Agia Efimia from our balcony. Stavros, the owner, is a real character who was always at hand to help you with anything you asked him & made us feel so much at home with his great sense of humour & friendly conversation. We shared many a joke about my request for an extra pillow to stop my husband from snoring!
The studio was immaculately clean & bedding changed daily. We were treated by Stavros to delicious baklava & local wine which we enjoyed tasting as we spent many a happy hour on our balcony soaking in the lovely views around us. The patio area at the back of the studios was an ideal place to relax & steps led down from there to the water's edge where you can take a dip or sit on the rocks to enjoy the views. The warmth & hospitatility that Stavros & his mother offered us made our stay extra special & we look forward to staying at Ballas Apartments again in the future. Thank you Stavros..... The Welsh will be back!!!
