PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable.
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
• For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the total reservation amount is non-refundable.
• No-show: The total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• This rate is non-refundable in case of cancellation at any time.

Bookings made 30 days or less before arrival:
 Only the Non-Refundable Rate is available. Reservations made within this period require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
